Thanks for contacting me. I'm very sorry for the lack of service you've received from me over the past several weeks. 

Recently my daughter was diagnosed with a complicated and life threatening condition and has been receiving treatment at various specialty centers.  I have not been able to work much so the backlog is enormous.  In the next few weeks, I'm hoping to re-connect with the many dozens of unfinished projects and reply to all the new requests.
